A Counselling Psychologist with 17 years experience as a psychologist, including counselling and psychotherapy, adult and youth mental health, careers counselling, employee assistance programs for corporate clients, organisational consulting, alcohol treatment, dual diagnosis, clinical supervision, training, and in private practice. He is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society College of Counselling Psychologists. He currently works in a busy private psychology practice, and also works part-time as a Senior Clinician with Headspace – the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. Prior to this, He was a Senior Psychologist and Clinician with Peninsula Health and Southern Health. He is experienced in working with anxiety and mood disorders, adjustment disorders, trauma, grief and loss, stress-related psychosomatic conditions, relationships, substance misuse, and smoking cessation. He has trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including counselling and health psychology, clinical hypnosis, cognitive behavioural therapy, specialised meditation, and other complementary health therapies.
